Customer service was good as I needed a new display and throttle. ( the original was stolen)
Pay attention to the plugs, previous owner had plugged the brake into the wire for the throttle. I was looking for the connector and they had plugged rh brake (4pun) into the thumb throttle wire to controller instead of the display.
I took it for a test ride pretty strong assist on 5 and good selection of gears although mainly stayed in #2 front sprocket and 4/5 on rear.
Estimate top speed about 20 without peddling display shows 38 km
